Komodo Island GT hunting Part 2

Entrance to the world of Komodo Dragon.....
While fishing in Komodo we alway make plan to visit the Komodo Dragon that can only be found here and no where in the world. The Komodo Dragon now only live in two island in the Komodo national park, Rinca and Komodo Island. Less than 2500 this gaint lizards live here now that can reach a length of 3 meter and weight as much as 100kg ++. The dragon prey on deer, wild boar, buffalo, snake, monkeys, wild horese, small komodo dragon and sometime human..But now a day attack on human are rare.. We are lucky on this trip that saw 4 big Komodo Dragon all in the lenght of over 2 to 2.5meter and maybe weight over 100kg according to our guide (Komodo park ranger). Visit to the park is a must to be guided by a park ranger and advice from them is alway stay a distance from the Dragon and do not run if the Dragon start moving toward you just walk slow away from them..A must visit when you here.
Loh Liang in Komodo island where you have a chance to encounter with the flesh-eating Dragon.
Group photo before we enter the park.
Rest point in Komodo National park..watch out for those Dragon when you taking a rest in hut.
Wild deer Dragon food.......
We saw many wild deer around the park this is a important food source for the Dragon.
Wild boar too............fooooood to the Dragon.

The Komodo Dragon............this one is about 2 meter and maybe just under 100kg.

Komodo Dragon on the move, we stay a distance to view it....

The Dragon live together with villager. The park is home to some 3500 people.
Another komodo on the move this one is about 2.5 meter and maybe weight over 100kg.
More foooooood for the Dragon.. Yummy Babi
Face to Face with the Komodo Dragon.....
A must for all souvenir hunter local komodo villager wood curving of the Dragon that come in different sizes.
